Page under development - have a look but it is not yet populated and must not be used as a healthcare resource:
This page will form an index and repository for ongoing health related blogs, information leaflets, questionnaires, and medical links.
While I was working in the NHS I built up special interests in many medical areas.
Some of those areas were subjects that I was simply unable to address with NHS patients.
Some really important health care areas still fall outside the scope of the NHS.
These areas are worth investigating and we can give much more advice and support face to face.
Now that I am seeing some patients in private practice, these are some of the areas that I could now address with patients. I shall gradually establish this page as an index.
I also have a whole load of useful UK based web links to sensible health care information that all patients and indeed anyone else can use. (*see disclaimer below)

*All links are posted in good faith and should open in separate windows. These pages are entirely the responsibility of their authors.
It is important to state clearly that all the medical blogs are authored by me. They must not be relied upon for making your own healthcare decisions. No article or link should be used as guidance without seeking additional medical opinion. Face to face consultation with your doctor should be sought always before making decisions or relying upon my opinions. Many articles rely upon my own interpretation of medical research. As I am neither a medical researcher nor an academic doctor I may well be wrong! If after reading you do feel that is the case, then please contact me using the blog links so I can make corrections. To research my blogs I have copied and interpreted sections from expert medical papers and posts and thank all my learned colleagues for their expertise and in some cases their words.
