I was told yesterday,by people I trust, that I don't look a day over 59. Well today I definitely feel a day over 60, which is ok cos I am ! Exactly.
13th of November 2021. Sixty. Bloody hell how did that happen ?
My treat to myself was to book the best table in the best restaurant I've had ever been to. With my incredible family.
As I said when we started this blog, it's about life's journeys too. And this rates as a wonderful trip so it shall be recorded!
I am blessed with amazing good fortune, so gifting myself a luxury lunch with my amazing family was very much a self indulgence and I'm so pleased I could, and that we did.
But before we get to that, my present arrived! Thanks to my wonderful wife. I shall prove to you doubters that I can get fit. Announcing ...... The Peloton!:
She won't fit in Nessa, but nonetheless I'm going to join the hundreds of thousands of US West Coast hotties as we push ourselves through another "waytogo, have a great day, whoop whoop, from my heart centre to yours" exercise session! Fabulous.

I can safely say that all food at The Waterside Inn Bray is phenomenal.
